Shipping policy

Please note: As a new business, we don’t yet have bulk shipping discounts in place. This means some of our international shipping rates are currently higher than we’d like — but we’re working hard to bring these costs down for our customers.


Order fulfilment & dispatch

  • We ship from Ireland using An Post postal service.

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days after your order is placed. (Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in the dispatching country.)

  • Dispatch: Once your order has shipped, we’ll email your tracking information.

Delivery estimates

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking your order

Orders ship with tracking, unless you choose a standard rate without tracking. We will email you the tracking number once it is shipped.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, and delivery method and your location. To get an accurate delivery cost for your order, please add your selected products to the cart and head to the checkout.

Import Duty & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, fees, and import taxes determined by your local customs authority. These charges must be paid to your local courier or government agency to receive your order. Honor & Bloom does not collect these fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Honor & Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

  • Lost order: If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, contact support@honorandbloom.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • Delayed: Delays can occur outside our control, but we’ll liaise with the carrier and keep you updated.

  • Damaged: Email support@honorandbloom.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer packaging and contents so we can assist promptly.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, uncollected, or refused:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
