You Don’t Have To Figure Everything Out Alone

Do you struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, low confidence, or being overly critical of yourself?

Building Inner Confidence is delivered by Honor & Bloom in partnership with NEWKD and Áiseannana hÓige and supported through SICAP funding. It is a supportive 4-week personal development and emotional wellbeing programme designed to help participants develop greater self-awareness, strengthen self-worth, and build confidence from the inside out.

Over four weekly sessions, participants will explore the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and life experiences that influence confidence and emotional wellbeing. Through guided discussion, reflective exercises, journaling prompts, and practical tools, the programme supports individuals in developing a healthier relationship with themselves and greater confidence in everyday life.

The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) is co-funded by the Irish Government, through the Department of Rural and Community Development, and the European Union, through the European Social Fund Plus.

This programme provides a safe and supportive space to reflect, learn, connect with others, and develop a healthier relationship with yourself.

Whether you are experiencing low confidence, feeling stuck, navigating life changes, experiencing isolation, or simply looking to invest in your personal growth, this programme offers practical tools and supportive guidance to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-belief.

This programme is fully funded through SICAP support and is available to participants at no cost.

This programme is educational and reflective in nature and does not replace professional therapy.
